Three films from Fluco filmmakers have been chosen as Official Selections for the 2025 Virginia High School League (VHSL) Film Festival. High school filmmakers across the Commonwealth submitted 113 films from 29 schools to the VHSL Film Festival. Of those, 45 have been designated Official Selections and will be honored with a screening and awards presentation on June 7 at the Earl Dickinson Building at Piedmont Virginia Community College (PVCC), in Charlottesville.
The VHSL Film Festival showcases the most talented student filmmakers in Virginia. The three honored Fluco films, as well as the students who created them, are as follows:
