- October 7The 2024 Harriett J. Parrish Breast Cancer Walk will be held on Oct. 23 during 4th Block. Tickets will be sold the week of Oct. 16.
- October 6FCHS Theatre will perform their One-Act Play “Eurydice” on Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. in the FCHS Auditorium.
- October 6The FFA Tire Display team took 2nd and the Tractor Troubleshooting team placed 4th at the Virginia State Fair Oct. 1-3.
