This Monday, Commonwealth Attorney Jeff Haislip (left) and Fluvanna Sheriff Eric Hess (right) visited Mitchell Pace’s AP Government class. Each spoke about what their roles and duties are in the government. Pace’s class was in the process of learning about local government and benefited from having two members of the system speak to them. “It really changed my understanding on what the commonwealth attorney and sheriff do in our government,” said senior Chris Robey.
