Speech Qualifies for the Tournament of Champions

Fluvanna competed in its first forensic tournament of the season on Oct. 18. Over 20 schools competed in both speech and debate. Over 35 Flucos competed, with almost 12 new students joining the team, as well as FCHS teacher Luke Divine who has taken the new role of Assistant Debate Coach.
“We are excited about the upcoming season,” said Speech Coach Craig Edgerton.
Over 20 schools competed from around the Shenandoah Valley, including all of the schools in the VHSL 3A Region.
