Tumbling Into Success

August 30, 2021

To kick off the new school year, the FCHS cheer squad is hosting a gymnastics camp. This addition to fall events is to expose future high school athletes to the world of tumbling, gymnastics, and cheerleading.

Students will get to take part in activities such as dance, novice gymnastics, jumps, and various games.  This is our first year doing gymnastics camp and I’m so excited to work with kids who might want to be a cheerleader too. I hope to leave a good impression on them and help them become better athletes,” said senior cheerleader Evie Benson.  To add, all participants will receive a free hair bow.

The camp is available for grades Kindergarten – 7th grade and will take place on Saturday, Sept. 4, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  Parents can report to the Auxiliary Gym at 12:15 p.m. for a showcase of what their future cheerleaders have learned.  Registration for this new camp can be done for $30 in the front office at FCHS, or at the door the day of the event for $35.  All remaining details can be found in this attached flyer.
