FCHS Theater Presents “The Amazing Angel-Man”

The FCHS Theater is opening its doors once again with a brand new story to tell. “The Amazing Angel-Man” is about a child named James who has the rare disorder of Angel-Man syndrome.
Angel-Man syndrome is a neurodevelopmental disorder that causes problems with speech and mobility, and affects one in every 12,000 children.
According to FCHS Theatre teacher Craig Edgerton, “Angel-Man is sensitive in nature. It is funny, imaginative and at times dramatic.”
The play opens on Oct, 19 at 7 pm in the FCHS Auditorium, with a suggested $5 donation at entry. They will also offer student performances on Oct. 20 at noon and 1 pm, with a $2 suggested donation which will go to the AS Foundation.

Update: The Fluvanna Theatre cast of The Amazing Angel-Man placed 2nd at the VHSL 3C1 Sectional Festival. Juniors Cameron Taylor and Paul Nazari received “Best Actor” awards.
